I contacted customer service via email regarding a speed issue with my infinity. This was the reply I got. It looks like they want me to sort it myself. There are no errors on the line. Yes there is because I have already been told there are errors on the line. I have had some pretty bad customer service over the years but this just beats them all hands down.
I will be contacting BT in the UK, can anyone give me contact details on how to do this? The service from BT, one of the UK's flagship companies is abysmal.
