Thank you for your support throughout this fault - it seemed ages - well it did start 22nd October.
Just to say that I did phone Sales and asked them to make a note that my new BT Phone had, on occasions, cut out when on a call since the fault had been corrected. (I thought that would be such bad luck if this new phone was faulty.)
This morning when out for a walk I met my neighbour (who I was helping as we both had our lines 'down'.) I asked him if he is all OK now with his phone line and he said ' My phone has cut out on me when I have been talking! I hang up and then try to call them back but I can't, so I leave it. Then when I want to make another call, it can seem fine.'
So, we have left it that if either of us gets the same problem again we will let each other know.
I just thought it could be worth me making a note of this with you.
