Timing for adding and removing bolt-ons

Go to solution

Hi

I have just moved to the Big Sport package and from time to time I would like to add the Entertainment bolt-on for Sky channels and/or the Netflix bolt-on

Let’s say my billing date is the 25th of the month. I add Netflix on the 15th and only want it for 1 month. Do I get it from 15th to 15th of following month? At what point do I have remove it to make sure it only lasts for 1 month? Which month’s bill will the charge appear on?

Sorry if these questions have been answered or FAQ’d, I couldn’t find direct answers

Thanks

Hi @marco63

Netflix and NOW TV  monthly Entertainment Pass when ordered as a addon onto a BT TV Flexible TV  package would be on a rolling monthly basis. It is normal that if you cancel the pass before the end of the period you continue to have the pass until your month expired.  Monthly passes  would include the first day as day one , so if day 1 is 15th of the month the last day of a monthly pass would be the 14th of the next month.

If you get your NOW TV monthly Entertainment Pass as a included item in one of the BT TV Flexible TV packages eg Entertainment , Big Entertainment or VIP then your Pass remains active for as long as you retain a pack that includes it.
