You're assuming that the results of BT's fault tracker bear any semblance to reality. In practice, the only way to find out where the fault really is is to send somebody out to trace where the problem lies.
Thanks I have tried the master socket and speed went up to 30mb, I have now reverted the set back to how it was before and I am still getting 30mb surely if it was an internal problem the speed would of dropped back to the 12mb I was getting
still a long way from the 70mb I used to get but perhaps DLM will kick in I will monitor over the nest week and see what happens.

What's your noise margin like, that's the important bit ?
Dont think an HH3 gives those stats. perhaps if and when I renew my contract I can ask for an HH5
