I use Outlook and mail merge to send individual messages to the members of my group. After about a dozen messages I start to get a too many messages error and the whole suystem locks up. Looking at the archives it looks like BT have always had this problem but have still not beenm able to sort it out. Has anyone any useful suggestions as to how this can be remedied.
