Took out BT Broadband 4 weeks ago. Smart Hub?!

Hello I took out BT Broadband 4 weeks ago. And I have now seen you've released the new and updated Smart Hub. Is there anyway I can get this instead and send my Home Hub back? As my internet isn't brilliant in some rooms and this Hub seems more powerful?!

Sorry think you'll be stuck shelling out the £50 upgrade fee for existing customers who don't resubscribe.
