I seem to be one of a few people who've had their topcashback claim tracked all the way through until the installation date (and therefore cannot cancel my contract) and then had their claim declined.
Can someone help me with this please. Or at least point me in the right direction. I should be getting £110 after moving my broadband back to BT from Sky. Order number and VOl number have been and remain the same as ever.
Thanks for replying. I have submitted a claim via topcashback; it does state that there could be up to 3 months before they can give me a reason... and I have not had any response from them as of yet.
I suppose I was wondering if anythign could also be done this end (ie. from the BT side) to expedite the proceedure.
