TopCashBack declined

Had claim declined but everything was ordered through online and the order was totally messed up by BT themselves and had to reorder through customer service and now it's been declined because of this not my fault and if you into my history it's been a total joke since November order still not sorted

Did you lodge a missing cashback claim with TCB? If you did, what reason was given for it to be declined?

The claim was tracked from November 23rd just declined will find out why but mentioned had to reorder through customer service no fault of mine

I am always mindful of any interaction that could cause this. Topcashback won't help and so the only hope I would expect is a goodwill gesture.

Good luck as although we shouldn't assume cashback will be paid, for me it is something I factor in to the overall price!
