Hello. I went through topcashback to order BT superfast broadband on 16November (£80 cashback) . I opened a claim with topcashback as it didn’t track. Topcashback have said "The network agency has not identified ourselves as the last referral for your transaction." This must be an error as I went through topcashback to purchase the superfast broadband. I've never had any other issues with topcashback before.
Can you please help?

I'm sorry your order hasn't tracked. If cashback tracks back to BT, your order reference should normally begins with the letters AJM or BTC.
What does your order reference start with?
