TopCashback declined for unknown reason

Hi I recently took out a contract with you as a new customer via TopCashback, it originally tracked at £110 for about 7 weeks and then suddenly disappeared from my earnings page. I opened a support ticket with TopCashback and they have said they believe it has been declined. I have since opened a missing cash back claim and am awaiting their response. I can’t see a reason why it would be declined as it was completed online, order number starts AJM and I followed all the instructions correctly. The cash back was a big part of joining Bt, is there anything you can do to help? Thanks

Welcome to the forum and thanks for your post!

 

Sorry that your TopCashBack has been declined.  The AJM reference number is the right one so I'm not too sure what happened if I'm honest.  Can you send it over and I'll check it out?
