TopCashback

Team,

 

How long does a BT Mobile SIM take to be confirmed using TopCashback by BT? The SIM was activated in January having wholly been ordered online. I received the giftcard a month or so ago seemingly meeting the criteria of the order. 

 

Is there a team within BT to contact regarding these issues?

You would need to Lodge a missing cashback claim with TopCashBack and they'll be able to look into this for you.

Isn't that for missing cashback not cashback which has tracked and hasn't been confirmed. I understand the process goes tracked - pending (my status) - confirmed by retailer - paid?

I think BT need to do something.

Does it state that any part of your order was cancelled?

 

What are the first three letters of your sales reference?  (do not post the full number)
