Topcahback not tracking

I took out a new BT broadband and Tv package on the 29th October through topcashback, I got the little pop up saying it had tracked completed the purchase and now due to a Z60 reference Ive been told I wont recieve cashback! 

I cleared cookies before clicking through, didnt have any other webpages open etc so no idea why it wouldnt track. 

On my topcashback dashboard it states I clicked throught at 14.02 and I got email confirmation for my order from BT at 14.25 both of which I have proof of.

Topcashback have said theres nothing they can do, tried contacting BT through facebook they saud the same and sent me a link to here, Any help or advice appreciated.
