I purchased BT Full Fibre following a link from the Top Cashback website. The order was placed in late December but only finalised late last month, due to Covid restrictions.
Top Cashback are now telling me that BT will not honour my cashback claim as my order did not complete. This is despite me having and paying for the service I ordered.
I have to say I am very disappointed that BT advertise cashback via the Top Cashback website and then do not honour it.
Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so, please would they let me know if they were able to resolve it?

I'm sorry for the problems with your cash back. Have you raised a missing cashback claim directly with TopCashback? You can do so via this link: Lodge a missing cashback claim
I have, thanks, Robbie. That is how I found out the BT were not inclined to honour the claim.
