I ordered a new BT mobile phone via the Topcashback website. The TCB package stated £73.50 for contracts upto £39.99 per month - I opted for a £40 contract, discounted to £35 because I have BT Broadband.
I placed the order on 7.11.2016 but the cashback didn't track immediately. On 14.11.2016 I put in a claim on the Topcashback website and today (15.11.2016) I got an email telling me I had cashback.
However, I only got £52.50 which is the current rate of cashback which has reduced since I placed my order - surely this isn't right ?
