After several weeks of messaging with BT help with my issue, they advised that it "was now authorised for payment". This was in July 2020, 5 months after my order had been processed in February 2020. My latest communication from Topcashback is that "it is still with the merchant network for further review".
My original order was only placed with BT because of the cash back of £100. Other suppliers were cheaper without this. I am now only 9 months away from the end of my 2 year contract and still no progress.
Please help, because Topcashback seem powerless to do anything.

I am so sorry to hear about the delay with getting your payment.
Do you know if your order reference had AJM or Z60 at the start? If it was AJM, that usually means that it has come from a partner website such as Topcashback. Topcashback have ways of chasing this with us directly. Have they confirmed that they've actually pushed us for a response? Let me know as we may be able to help.

It was AJM, and originally BT said it had been cancelled, but I am still using it today. After many Emails, the young lady on the help desk managed to get it approved, but now I have been waiting a further 10 months.

I didn't see the second part of your reply. So far Topcashback send me a standard message on the 5th of each month saying they are still chasing but, as I said in my original message, they say it is being reviewed by some third party the "Merchant Network".
