I ordered a mobile sim end of April which did not track, when i made a claim through topcashback they got an answer back from BT saying the transaction has not been validated even though i have been using the sim for 2 months. When i ordered the sim the first 2 months were free so whether that has something to do with it i dont know?

I got the following message "After looking into your claim further for you, I am sorry to tell you that your claim has been declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction."
Which is rubbish, i've used TCB for years I know what i'm doing and certainly did not click any other source.

Thanks for trying to help but all i get underneath his picture and user name is his list of recent posts, i have definetely got nothing that is inside of the green circle showing on youre post and ive checked im logged in.
