I've been with BT since March when I signed up through the topcashback website and I am very happy.
The original cashback sum showing before I signed up was £150 but after I completed the deal showed at £120 in my topcashback account so I opened a customer ticket with them to see what was happening and they said they had spoken to BT and that I should wait for the cashback to clear,this was back in March.
Today the total amount that wa showing as eligible,£120, has been declined.
I have opened a new customer ticket with topcashback and am waiting for their response.
Is there anything anyone in here could do to help me reoslve this issue please?
I've been expecting the cashback for a while now and to say I am disappointed it has been declined is an understatement for sure.

It's good to know there's someone here who will give a quick response.
The topcashback people have said they will add my claim to the query log that they will send you.
They are hoping that BT will then provide further information regarding my claim.
