I took the service out via Topcashback, and have just recently informed by them the merchant has declined the cashback. I have followed up with them and awaiting for further assistance. I ensured my cookies/cache were cleaned prior to the order.
My order no is AJM**edtited by Mod*** and the order was created in September 2016
Initially it tracked at £147 but should have been £206.
Is there anything you could do look into my account, please?

Hi @shiblisattar You will need to contact the cashback site's customer service as they will deal with all queries about your cashback. You will get a reference number for the query (PS don't post it on the forum) and they should be able to resolve this for you. If not and you still cannot get this sorted then we may be able to help.
If you do not have a query reference then you will need to go back a raise one with Quidco first and give them a chance to fix things.
I still have not received the cash back, I have followed up with topcashback but have still been told it's still under query with the affiliate merchant network.

I found the whole process disappointing as I have been following up since last October and nothing has changed.
Why the continus problems and delays?
To confirm the payment from topcashback was confirmed and paid out.
