Looks to be a common problem but equally many people out there are having fast cashback payout from BT ? I ordered the Infinity package through Topcashback on January 4th. My order was verified and my reference starts with AJM. It remains 'pending' on the TCB site. The value is £70.
As my activation date was January 24th I thought that this would probably delay the payout so I have been extremely patient about this i.e. 12 weeks elapsed now and 15 weeks since I placed my original order with BT through the TCB site. However, my TCB support response was as follows :- Unfortunately we are unable to tell you what is causing this delay because this element of the process is handled between the retailer and the agency that manage their cashback programme....would not call this at all helpful ?
I am hoping that somewhere and someone on the BT side will listen and that my current impasse can be resolved. Also, I had to chase one of the VISA reward cards so I am perhaps not 100% confident with the provider's communications at present.

I'm sorry there has been a delay in you receiving your Cashback offer. If you send me in your details I'll be able to take a look at BT's side to see if there is anyway of speeding this up.

@GTFROME I called there but missed you, the cashback team have contacted topcashback to get your claim authorised and the cashback should be paid out to you in the next 30 days. I hope that's ok?
