Topcashback wrong amount

I joined BT Fiber through TopCashBack in August, the Cashback was £115 but now its been confirmed it's only £97.75. I have raised a ticket with topcashback but the message I got back said it could take months.

Is there anything else I can do?

I'm sorry that the Topcashback amount is lower than what you agreed to.  Have you heard any word back since you posted on Friday?
