Hi all,

Ive had the same issues as others here, signed upto BT fibre, sports and TV and no cashback has tracked.

"Your Missing CashBack claim has now been submitted to BT Broadband - New Customers (via their affiliate network or representative management agency who run their online programme for them).

Please understand that this process is likely to take from four weeks to several months (often longer with contract/policy based transactions) to complete, and we may not be in a position to update you until the final decision has been made."

Are any of the mods free to look into this? Want to make sure there arent any issues!

Hi @newuser16 I called earlier and left a brief message sorry I missed you. 

I wanted to confirm that you order does start with the AJM reference which would be required for a cashback offer. As long as you have not had multiple windows open checking out other offers then you cashback will track ok.  Check out this information for TopCashBack users How can I make sure I receive my cashback If you were using an alternative cashback website they will have similar information and you will need to contact them to confirm your order has tracked ok.

Hi John,

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I don’t have any other cashback accounts so it should be okay! I’ve lodged a missing claim because it didn’t track. Do I just wait for the lodged claim to be resolved? It’s still awaiting retailer at the moment.

@newuser16 Yes you'll need to await the results of your missing claim and if there are any problems raise this directly with Topcashback.
