I signed up via Topcashback but nothing tracked on my account.
(was approx £100 at the time either with tcb or via highest guarantee)
I raised a claim which was sent to BT when my sevice went live on 18th May.
Said claim has not moved since.
Please could you give it a push as we are now 2 months down the road.

Thanks for posting, I am not sure why it wouldn't have tracked and that would be down to TCB to look into i'm afraid due to the way the data is handled. If the link to BT has failed to track that maybe the reason it hasn't tracked on your account and BT have not approved it yet.
I would raise another claim via your TCB account, and ask them to look at why it didn't track. They should have a special team at BT they deal with once you raise a claim.

I think at the moment it would be down to TCB to work out why it did not track im afraid. Have a chat with TCB and let us know what they say..
Also can you tell me what order starting AJM or VOL means in terms of cashback? (got ref numbers for both)
Seen some posts where Mods have sent links to fill in details to chase it up. (over 2 months since raise claim with tcb)
Any Mod able to help? (not sure if available Sundays)

All cash back websites are the same, great when it’s all smooth running then when anything happens it turns into tennis. I use another cash back site and always screenshot the actual offer and terms!
