Sorry that you're having problems tracking your fault on your MyBT profile. I'm not sure at this stage whether this is an account issue that you're having or a wider issue so you can get in touch and I'll look into this.

yes, we have had this, even when we managed to make a booking no one turned up. BT is still as shambolic as ever.

The engineers arrived at 2.45pm and are currently trying to fix the fault. There were to be here between 8.00am - 1.00pm. I can live with that IF your useless Track your fault system worked...........
