Transfer Btinternet email account to my account

Hello,

I need help transferring a btinternet.com email address to my account please. My dad has cancelled his BT service and received an email saying he'll lose his email address. I'm a BT Broadband and Phone customer with my own Btinternet account and I'd like to transfer my dad's email to my account. How do I do this?

Hi @nacho985 Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting about moving an email address over to your BTID.

Has your Dad's BT account closed yet? If not when is it due to close?

Hi @nacho985 Thanks for taking my call earlier. Just to confirm I need your Father to login to his BTID and choose the mail option and then Manage mail. Once in the Manage mail section there should be a button beside each email address to Add to the BTID. 

Once they are both added to the BTID then I can move them over. Post back and let me know how you get on.
