I know that this has been achieved before but the phone operators won't do it.
My children have BT email accounts on my old BT Broadband account which will close on 2nd December.
They would like to transfer them to a new BT Broadband account and maintain unbroken access.
Could someone help?

They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
Hi @oxford1360 I called earlier and left a brief message. I just wanted to update you that a case has been raised to move the 2 email addresses and this should be completed next week. I'll check back once the job has been completed and let you know.
