Transfer ownership of an email address to a different BT ID
I have several email addresses which are shown as "Email addresses you've given to friends and family", but they are still held under my BT ID. The user of one of these addresses would like to manage it under their own BT ID. How can I transfer it to their BT ID?

If the addresses are shown as being given to friends and family then they have already been gifted to another BTID.

I the recipient hasn't claimed the address, they can do so by logging in to their MyBT, select manage email under Your Products, scroll down to Add BT email address to your BTID and enter the email address and password to claim.
