Transfering Btinternet email account to new BT Account

During my divorce I moved to a new house and opened up a new BT account for broadband and phone. Kept paying for the BT account at my old house. My ex wife and daughter had sub accounts. The house is now sold and I have had to cancel the account. My ex wife and daughter want to keep their email addresses. My ex wife has signed up with BT at her new house.

Been passed from pillar to post on the phone.  How can I make this happen.
