just lookin to know if my ping is low or high cause get alot of lag on xbox live
You shouldnt be getting any lag according to those stats. are you running wireless or wired?
Wired is thre any of them results that i should take as my aveg ping

Try using pingtest.net, the results may be easier for you to interpret
If you want your average ping to a server then I suggest doing "ping bbc.co.uk" for example. That will ping four lots of packets and give you an average ping time.

I never get ping bbc.co.uk as the first packet in the first test is ALWAYS extremely high for me (i.e. 250ms) whereas the next 3 packets are consistent at around 25ms.
Any subsequent tests taken thereafter and all the packets will all be around 25ms.
Is there any reason for this?
