Trouble with Amazon voucher

So I ordered a £25 a month sim only deal on the 30th October, as soon as it was activated I filled out the form to receive my £90 Amazon voucher. Since then I have heard/received nothing to say whether it is on the way or happening. So I found a topic on here about late rewards and filled in a report and submitted it, I did that 6 days ago and have still heard absolutely nothing. Just wondered if they are actually doing anything about it? Or is it in motion? Would be nice if they would send an email saying its getting sorted

@merrick247 I'm sorry about the delay with your Amazon voucher, if you've contacted the voucher team on the contact link last week they will be in touch in the next few days with an update on your claim.
