Do you just have the HH5, or do you have the white Openreach modem as well?

Re: Troubles gettining into some services webpages since yesterday?

Can you please display all the information as described here, so we can see the connection status, as you could have a line problem.

Check your connection speed for the Home Hub 5

Cannot see anything obvious there. Its a pity that the HH5 does not give error stats.

Can you hear any noise on your landline phone. Dial 17070 and select option 2.

To eliminate any issues with your wiring, can you connect things up as shown below, and see if things are any better.

Re: Troubles gettining into some services webpages since yesterday?

Yeah i tried that it didnt work, there's been a fault raised by someone in my area about the broadband, so it's not just me, apparently it was fixed at 11:50 though (it's still not working any better) phoned up BT they have logged it as a phone fault and not a broadband fault /facepalm, anything else i can do?

Re: Troubles gettining into some services webpages since yesterday?

Curiously, 99% of stuff, albeit a little slower then im used too are working now through Hotspot Shield, my normal VPN PIA still won't work though (note, i do not use a VPN all the time, just signed up to try and get somewhere with my Uni work.

Does this tell us anything!?
