My PC updated today with Windows 10 Cumulative Update Version 1903 for x64-based systems (KB4503308. Following which True Key got installed on my PC and is shown as activated within my BT account. I have not knowingly activated the software within MY BT. Also, I am now unable to access BT Virus Protect or True Key from within my account. (Error 500 --Internal Server Error - From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1 10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error (....unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request).
There does not seem to be a method of installing/uninstalling/reinstalling BT Virus Protect/True Key from with My BT account. I have been able to remove the virus protect etc via the Control Panel but can find no entry for True Key in CP.
I am so now getting Mc Afee warning of McAfee Virus Scan is due to expire in 2 Days.
Any ideas for how I may resolve the problems.
