True key shown as active in MyBT Account

True Key is shown as active in my account. I use Windows 10 and MS Edge for browsing. I have never used the App and cannot find evidence of it being loaded on my Laptop.

 

There seems no way within MYBT of changing the status  disabled or to remove it. I do not wish to use the App at all. How can I get entry changed.

Welcome to the forum. This has been raised before and the answer seems to be that it's shown as active simply in the sense that it's available if you want to download it. See here. As you haven't installed the program, there's nothing to do but ignore it.
