Can I just ask both of you, if I connected my HG612 as the modem how quickly would G.INP be active? Thanks.
As others have posted, totally impossible to tell. DLM works in mysterious ways!!! It may not be activated at all if DLM thinks it is not required.
Not sure what the point of the test would be. If you have a HH5A, G.Inp won't be enabled for your line anyway. It will have G.Inp capability though.
The HH5A is capable of g.inp - at the moment the firmware supports it in a D/S direction only. However, the HH5A doesn't indicate if DLM has activated it on a specific line or not.
I'm slightly concerned that I've 4,294,967,290 HEC errors on my upstream. Is that bad?
