Trying to cancel order within 14 days ignore order

Hi,

I hope someone can help me.

I ordered a BT package for my new home and got a better offer else where so I cancelled the order the next day. I followed the instructions on the website by completing a cancellation of order form.

Over a week has passed me I have received no formal confirmation plus on MYBT I can still see he order is progressing and an engineer will be coming the following week.

I don't want to waste anyone's time so I'm trying to get everything cancelled now. I've rang the number supplied twice and both times the advisors have said that they will cancel this order.

However it is still active in MYBT.

Can anyone help??
