Trying to check status of BT Wi-Fi - Receiving - Customer product is not on allowed product list.

As the title suggests I keep receiving this message "Customer product is not on allowed product list." when I try to log on and check the status of my wi-fi account.  Be really grateful if you would advise me on what I need to do, or what I have haven't done correctly.

are you using the primary btinternet email address and password?  sub accounts will not work

Check that you are opted in
