Trying to contact BT trials team

sorry for some reason on my iOS device this box wasn't coming up to type in so had to log into desktop

Anyway, I need to get hold of the Bt Trials team. I have tried 2 emails which they have advised if we have any problems to reach them on and a phone number. They don't reply or answer the phone

I need to speak to someone as its urgent  Its regarding Digital Voice

Its ok after 2 weeks worth of emailing and trying there phone number finally I got a reply
