Hi Last year I had lots of trouble getting fibre installed, took about 6 months to get it straight. At the time I queried why I had FTTP broadband and also a copper line for the phone. I think its preventing me from leaving now as I have tried Talk Talk and Plusnet but both report that fibre isnt available in my area so it could be either BT havent told anyone else so they cant offer it or because when I enter my phone number it reports a standard copper connection. Anyone had a similar problem?
