Trying to log onto MyBT redirects to Webmail page

Trying to log onto MyBT redirects to Webmail page. Has anyone else had this problem?

Are you selecting MyBT from this page?

Just tried from there and still get redirected after briefly seeing a "myBT" page before redirecting to the webmail

If this is a new problem and it used to work perfectly, try a different browser just to check another possibility.

Hi, Have just had chance to check with different Browser & Laptop & OS ( problem under Chrome & Windows 10, OK with Firefox & Linux) will clear down Chrome "History" and mark as fixed. If not OK will open new problem.

Having the same problem tried it with Edge and chrome with the same result  any help much appreciated
