I am probably being a bit dumb here but, when trying to upgrade from Infinity 1 to Infinity 2 through my account, Im am then presented with: To start your order we need to know the BT account number you want to use to manage your new products.

I already have a line with BT so not sure what to choose - help please 🙂
As you are just trying to upgrade then use options team who are UK based 0800800030
