My contract ran out a while ago but been happy enough to keep it as it was as everything was ok. Recently my phone has been running slower than usual and getting the usual running low on space issue so I thought I would go online and upgrade to a new handset. I had a letter through the door recently saying I was eligible for an upgrade also so I thought I'd treat myself
Pick the current mobile, select Upgrade, choose the handset and sim plan. All good so far. Enter my BT account number and contact details which would appear to be the final step to complete my order. Page says Checking my details then comes up saying Couldn't complete your order, try again later.
I've tried everyday for the past two weeks with no joy.
Is it a known issue with the website or is it me?
