Hi , tried three times in the last week to upgrade to g fast and three times it has not gone through.
Tried to tell them it won't go through as it thinks I'm already on g fast.
Checked my latest bill and it says I'm on g fast fiber 100 and I'm not .
Who is the best department to sort this out please?
