twice in the last month we have switched on the Youview UHD box to find that it is in Maintenance Mode as we don't want to lose any recordings we have chosen the software reset option. It then works fine - any reason why it would start in Maintenance mode (blue screen)
Our regular HD box has been doing the same....
I have the DTRT2100 and it has done this at least 3 times since the beginning of December. The first two times I did a full internet reset (retaining the recordings) but I got fed up having to reprogramme the scheduled recordings so the last time I just did a software reset and it worked - until the next time.
Has anyone else had this or found out by it keeps happening?
