Hi folks,
Signed back up to BT TV a few weeks ago.
I've been having problems when playing recorded programs or watching on demand.
I get a black screen with no sound part way through the program. No menus work either.
I have turn the box off and on again to restore service, sometimes just once, other times every couple of minutes.
Last night I had so switch off at the mains to stop it crashing.
Any idea what could be causing this before I phone up?
