UK text charges

I have three family sims, I notice that 2 of these are showing charges for UK texts, are these not included? The charges are not large, one is 40p and one 25p

Hi @new  have a look at the breakdown of mobile charges in MyBT.
MMS are chargeable at 40p each while SMS are included. Also, the 25p could be a text to a premium number?

Fire up MyBT, click on "Your usage" and you can see exactly which calls each of the SIMs have made and when. You will be able to check whether they are included in the "allowed" (free) texts.

Thanks, I'll need to tell my family about texts, I think when we were with Three they were included.

Normal texts will be Included.

@new  You also need to make sure that the phones are not set to send group texts as MMS.
