UPDATING MY INTERNET PLAN

I want to update the plan of my 2 family sim lines that I purchased on February 12th. I am trying to update the website, but there are no plans that I can update. Please help me to upgrade my plan to 100gb. I'll leave IT if I can't upgrade my plan. I want emergency help please

This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT. The only BT staff are the forum moderators who do not necessarily read all the posts.
