Have been using btinternet for 16 years. Problems began this week (I use a sub account on a primary account). Both my sub account and the primary account has today been locked out of all platforms - webmail, Outlook and the BT Yahoo app.
I rely on my btinternet email for work - and am a freelancer working from home. Please help asap, this is critical.
Same problem. I don't use any sub accounts and am totally unable to log into my main BT Yahoo account tday on any device. I did manage to get to the forgot password and reset password page, but still am unable to log in. Have had this .btopenworld.com account for around 16 years as well.
EDIT I also can't log into another Yahoo account I have. Seems to be a Yahoo problem going by the posts on Twitter http://downdetector.co.uk/problems/yahoo-mail

Same here- nothing possible on any kind of email login. This is going from bad to worse. What is going on?
Yahoo/BT have issued the following immortal words:
We're aware of intermittent problems logging in to BTYahoo webmail, sorry if you're affected. We're working to fix it as soon as possible.
same for me ... cmon BT, whats occurring ???
Just tried again using webmail and now get the following message:

Doesn't seem to be "intermittent" to me. How do they define "intermittent"? I must have tried 20 times in the last hour with no joy. So unless I'm completely out of phase with the intermittency I think at least "semi-permanent" would be a better descriptor. At least BTYahoo have put up some kind of explanation - don't see anything from the Mods here though!!
