Hi,
I have noticed that another person has been added to my bt account without my authorisation.
They have set up a bt login using my account number.
How do I get this person removed as I did not provide authorisation and therefore they will have access to my bills!
Please help!

I still haven't heard anything from yourselves and am concerned.
it can take up to 3 working days for mods to get back to you when you complete the email you join a queue of other customers waiting for mod assistance and this is done in order of receipt of emails
