Ultra Fast Fibre 2 Plus

Hi,
I have ordered Ultra fast fibre 2 plus, and have received my new Hub 2 ( the black one). However a few months ago i bought two Whole home Wi-fi disks ( the white ones).
Will these discs work with the new black hub 2
