For the Ultra HD service, which figures are used - as shown on www.dslchecker.bt.com - to determine availability?
Is it downstream clean or impacted, high or low?
For whichever one is relevant is the minimum figure still 44 Mbps or have BT lowered this threshold yet?

Is the minimum figure still 44 Mbps or have BT lowered this threshold yet?
Can somebody whose line can't support this still order the Ultra HD package (Total Entertainment) with the caveat that they won't be able to get the Ultra HD channel but can still have all the other features of Total Entertainment?
They let me order the TE pack and the 4K box.
On the day of it all happening nothing had changed expect I now had a 4K box which could not access the 4K channel.
They checked online and could not find the reason.
After many calls and four weeks later - they decided the line speed was not good enough and that is why the account could not be changed to TE pack.

It would be useful if could get answers to this from a BT representative as website doesn't make this clear...
Hi Guys,
I've had it checked and can confirm that the minimum is still 44 Mbps.
Thanks
