Unable To Add Mobile Devices Since Update

My G4 box has been updated to 27.47.0, and the SETTINGS - MOBILE DEVICES - contains 2 entries each describing my phone in a different format.

 

Prior to the upgrade I had 2 entries, one described my mobile phone and the other my android tablet and I was able to remotely set recordings on either device.

 

The tablet will not now set a recording remotely, but the phone will.

 

The only option available in "settings-mobile devices" is  to delete a device, which I am loath to do because my phone is able to remotely set the recordings and if I delete the wrong one, I will be unable to record from either my phone or tablet.

@davidb00  I suggest that  on your  Android tablet on your Youview app you enter Settings  and there is probably an option  to Disconnect your Youview box.

So disconnect it and then subsequently opt to connect it.

This assumes that you have an upto date Youview app.

Thanks, disconnected tablet &  phone from youview then reconnected, both tested & working Smiley Happy

 

I think on the old youview OS the box generated a code and this was entered into the mobile device, this seems to be all run from the the mobile device now?
